Moving soon (New Space to fill with growing equipment in the basement)

Moving as said above. I get to move up.

Were looking at using a 8x8 flowering space and a 4x4 veg space. I was going to use tents to keep it simple.

Veg Room (Rough Idea)
I dont know whether to buy a 2x4 tent to add to my other 2x4 tent I currently have and have them run side by side or if I should buy a little bigger of one. If I bought a 4x4 I wouldnt be able to fit the duct work in because that veg room will be in a room only 4 feet wide for one dimension. I could move that metal cabinet to another part of the room too. The veg area is not enclosed as of right now like the 8x8 flower room is. The 4x4 area is open to the rest of that narrow room.
I want to keep one or two mothers while growing out some other varieties from seed at the same time.
Definitely want to invest in MH lights for veg.

Im thinking a 6.5x6.5x6.5 tent with maybe two 600 cool tubes in there (with the appropriate cfm fan to support the duct system and fresh air intake).
The extra foot and a half on all sides was super appealing to me as well. I want to hang the ballasts outside of the tent on my wall.


Really I guess my only question for now is logistics for the tents according to the room size. Im moving up from one 600 hps 2x4 tent that Ive been running for about a year now. I do plan on eventually picking up a Michigan patient or two once I get my set up established and reliable.

Two 600 HPS is what I am thinking about doing.

Why do you want to Bloom in a tent?

I used to bloom in a 4 x 8 with two 600s. 5 plants per side was just too cramped.

Its more convenient for keeping things in and out. Smells, liquids, and heat are just a few of the things that make the decision for me. Its just personal preference on my part. Im sure that space will be more then enough to keep me supplied, I only need at most with 2 patients 7.5 ounces. I know I could do that in that size tent using various methods.
