moving indoor plants outside

I have four plants that have been in veg for about two or more months, 16 hours on and 8 off. Lights come on at 7 pm and off at 11 am. Could I start by moving them into the shade during the day, 11am-7pm, and then back in the veg room? So they would be getting 24 hours of light per day. or should I just move them out of the grow room completely and put in the shade all day for the first few days?
This will be my second attempt to grow outside. Last years outside was kind of a failure. Hopefully I'm not already too late or have vegged them too long.

Yeah starting them in shade or filtered light outside is good for a couple days to start them off. Are you transplanting into the ground or a larger pot? Most plants start taking up water a lot quicker once they go outdoors.

Dont bring them back in your room once you bring them outside, thats the fastest way to introduce bugs into an indoor grow.

How big are the plants? are they for a blackbox or summer grow? If you leave a plant outside right now with no extra light it will start to flower. I just started a light depo / black box and will harvest late june. If you want to keep them for your summer harvest keep light on them until june 1st!
You are right on time for a light depo harvest or wait for summer and you will be far ahead with monster plants.

Wow awesome info. So if I wanted to go for a late summer harvest, I would need to keep them inside until June 1st? I've never heard of light depo or black box tech until now, it's sounds awesome. I don't have a greenhouse or anything I could move them into to cover for light deprivation unfortunately. I was hoping I could move them outside soon to give me more room in the veg room . They are about two feet tall and maybe take up about four square feet each. 3 of the four are already in a reveg state and are probably almost back into full veg mode. I put them in the flower room for a week when they were just past seedlings to see if they were male or female, and now they've been in a reveg state ever since.
I was hoping I could move them outside soon and keep theM in their three gal pots, and then when they get settled, I was planning to put them in 15 gal pots. So I guess my best bet would be to try to keep them inside until June first?
Here's a quick pic I took of one last night. They are all about the same size
