Moving a seedling from 5gal to a Solo?

Hey guy and gals, New member here.

Im starting my first indoor grow and have built a custom cabinet. Ive Previously grown outdoor twice but never an indoor grow. The previous two grows I did I bought the plants when they were already 6weeks into growth.

As far as this grow I’ve started two seeds in my grow cabinet. One seedling which is Gorilla Glue has sprouted. I unfortunately think I made the mistake of starting them off in 5gal fabric pots and although when I made my medium I made sure it was very moist I have a feeling the soil in each is drying out quickly even with the small amount of water I’m giving.

would I be opening up a can of worms by removing the seedling that has spouted and transplanting to a solo cup? The other plant which has not sprouted yet is Blue Dream...would I be putting two much stress on this germinated seed by removing it and planting in a solo?

If they are both in separate 5 g pots, leave them. Won't hurt anything and you won't have to transplant in a few weeks.

They are in soil. And the tiny seedlings leaves are drooping down so I’ve added another fan for intake fresh air.

Leave and just make sure to not overwater. The droopy leaves are a sign of to much water. They will be ok. Very resilient.

Where did you get the carbon scrubber at and how did you set it up in there (wondering because I’ll need one in a month or so lol)

Thanks for the input. I got the carbon scrubber from a hydroponics shop near me. It’s a 4x12 and then attached to a 4” inline fan. Fan right now is set at its lowest speed. As far as hookup I just drilled a 4” hole with a hole saw then used a dremel to get another 1/8” or so just so the ducting could fit. Siliconed around the outside and inside I just used aluma ducting tape you seal the hole.

Just obviously make sure the carbon goes first if you’re installing inside a unit and you place the fan in the right direction to such air through the CF.

I wouldn't down pot. I start in Jiffy's, then place in pre-moistened final pot, day after sprout. Just what works for me.
Sorry about the natural light.
