Mountain Berry strain

Hey rollitup users, I've been reading through this site for around a year gaining knowlege to improve my skills and finally decided to join the community. I was never unable to find what I was looking for until now. Mountain Berry, anyone ever hear of it? I have a opportunity to buy a few off somebody who got them online, supposedly feminized. Just the name intrigued me so i decided to look up some info but came up with nothing. So anything about growing environment preferences, taste of finished product, absolutly anything about this strain I would love to know.

Thanks for the help

I've tried some mountain berry once...got it off this guy i knew...i could tell it was a homegrown job as the buds were very fluffy. i bought a half zip and when he weighed it out it was on point but by the naked eye it looked as if i had nearly an entire ounce.

idk if this is because it was a homegrown job or because if its simply the characteristics of the plant. i've never heard of mountain berry before then and seeing this thread made me curious too.

It didnt smell to potent and the high was kinda weak/mild but as i said it could just be because it was homegrown.

so dont take my experience as facts of the strain.

Wow, I wonder if the grower was using Metal halide lights. Through my experiences I found when growing with just MH lights through the whole process the buds get much more fluffy than compared to when other lights such as natural, fluorescent and HPS are used. Either that or this strain just grows that way. Well thanks for sharing the experience

naw you got it twisted kid. A solid mh flowering cycle will produce smaller but more dense and more potent buds. People swear by hps flowering because it tends to produce bigger fluffier buds so it seems like more(and is, but not by much). The catch is that the buds stretch but do not grow any extra trichs.

anyway, as far as the mnt berry....the stuff is not even close to being a favorite of mine. As someone above said. The buds are generally fluffy, blah aroma and a flavor that ranks right up there with top ramen, it tasts good if that is all you got. the buzz is not great and does not last very long. This is all based on a product produced by a grower that I am not familiar with. A freind is going to line me up with a few clones and I am going to give it a go, but on first impression I was not impressed.
