stop or ill shoot...

so this cop is not going to use tools at his disposal to catch the rider....
license plate and radio/phone to call it in.

waving a gun is not right here.

if the moto guy had decided to run the cop down and the cop got 5 shots off... 3 hitting the moto guy and 2 missing and hitting some bystander is it worth it?
better yet... guy is fleeing and all 5 shots miss hitting other vehicles... it was not the moto guy creating the hazard... its the cop waving and firing when there would have been no need.

cops are to draw weapons when in danger... not to force people to do what cops think needs to be done.

its easy for cops to resort to pulling their weapon... and they arent always justified when doing so.

motorcyclists filming wheelies to enhance his penis size on youtube. falls and bites it in front of a minvan full of 12 year old girlscouts and their moms on the way to the museum. 3 dead, 4 critical.

cop should have put one in dudes leg just for shits and giggles. looked like a lot of traffic to me. certainly wasn't a lonely deserted road.

reminds me of a story I heard of a lady who the cops used excessive force after she failed to pull over immediately. They came to the conclusion that you have a constitutional right to pull over when you feel is safe say a well lit area where there are people around you and not on the shoulder of a highway. We've all seen the videos of road side stops gone bad and it's kind of funny that they put us in that kind of danger to save us from our own speeding which is endangering us. Basically if the cop doesn't have a uniform on, how can you be sure it's a cop and you have a constitutional right to pull over wherever you feel comfortable. How can it not be okay to film police when they can film us? It's not private property or anything. I'm pretty sure Alex Jones never got charged for filming a police officer even though they didnt want to be filmed. Whatever the reason for him getting pulled over, they took it too far IMO and they are violating our basic rights as individuals. I am okay with him pulling out a gun but the fact that he is in uniform I would need to see some kind of proof. What if he had sped off and the cop shot him? Would that be okay? I don't think so but I'm sure the courts would spin it saying that the cop was within the laws because he is a cop even if the guy couldn't tell the difference.

cops pulling guns out because of their small penis sizes isnt a good alternative either.
if cops dont know how to react with necessary force they should be fired... only a matter of time before they kill someone.

cops are as big a problem as the ones they are set out to fix.
all cops should be wired to a cam and mic. thats the only thing that would keep them honest.

They are already for the most part on cam. There are dash cams in most police cruisers. The only problem is when the video doesn't agree with the police, it mysteriously vanishes.

Wait a minute so the kid is now too fucking scared to even ride his bike and endanger himself and others?

He should sue them.

:)

the only reason to have a motorcycle like that is to go a 100, pop wheelies and pull pussy. what wrong with video taping that. nothing.
get caught pay a ticket .everything is fine. So what went wrong here? The cop got busted doing something he shouldn,t be doing. Like say pulling people over for speeding not wearing a badge and then pulling a gun on him. That outrages people especially when they can relate to it from thier own experience. Excessive force should be the last option. The cop on the video had a classic example of road rage and should attend anger managment classes.

What happens if the guy tries to run on the bike? Put a couple rounds in his back?

It's like everyday a new video of cops abusing power and trampling rights. Just think of the shit that happens when there are no videos.
Everytime it's the same people defending them. I think everybody knows we need cops but we don't need the kind of justice they are dishing out.

I have the solution, cops should have to wear helmet cams with audio that can never be turned off any time they are armed.

They're small enough now you wouldn't even notice the camera in a baseball hat and could transmit low res slide show type stuff real time.

Imagine how much nicer they would be, instant drop in abuses.

I want them to have camera/mic/lights and sirens on their heads.

And lasers.

Most of them actually do wear microphones that are activated whenever their dashcams are running. Of course they don't usually wear them when they are off duty and out of uniform. :peace:

hey all, ever stop and think he might have been a PLAINCLOTHES cop? even if you know now that he wasn't. he could have easily been undercover.

now tell me undercover cops can't arrest people.

some people here don't even know what a cop really is. kinda sad really.

these thread sure do bring out the stupid in people.

You bring up a good point, however, in my state a plain clothes cop cannot pull you over if he's also in an unmarked car. If the cop is in uniform and in an unmarked car, no problem. If a cop is in plain clothes in a marked car, no problem. No uniform, no marked car, pulling someone over is illegal. Our state did this in response to a rash of cop imposters who were pulling people over and robbing them, There were also similar incidents where a cop imposter was targeting women to pull over and then raping them. Again, I didn't start this thread with the intent of hating on cops. My focus wasn't even the fact that he was in plain clothes and pulled a gun on the guy. I started the thread because I did not know you could be arrested and charged with a felony for videotaping a cop. That's the reason. I'm sorry that some people are voicing their opinion about the cop himself. I happen to somewhat agree with them though. What the cop did was a little over the top given the guy was speeding and doing wheelies. I'm glad he pulled the guy over and everything because he was obviously driving recklessly but I don't think the gun was necessary. Those things kill people ya know?:?

cops have guns. part of their "tools of the trade". i don't think they shot people who speed off. otherwise we'd be posting in that thread.

dude played games with the cops, cops fucked back with him. it's fully expected. and it worked. the crybaby sold his bike. hahahahahhahaha

He knew it was a cop. He knew he was breaking the law. Although the cop was just being a dick when he gave him the "Wiretapping" charge.

Is the minivan made out of cardboard oooorrrrr...? If anything a motorcyclist is endangering peds and himself... Not a cage full of people that are designed to withstand OTHER CARS. 400lb streetbike at 90+ mph is a LOT less force than a 3 ton fucking cage on wheels thundering down the roads at over 65.

Undercover or not, you still have a badge on your belt or around your neck. At least ON your person, and able to be presented. This guy wasn't being a cop he wanted to scare the biker and be a hard ass. Still, the biker should of ran, undercover douches with no lights arent pullin over shit.

undercover is not the same as off duty...
regardless the cop was in the wrong... why did he take his weapon out of the holster? where is the perceived threat? cops using weapons to get u to pull over is over the top.

u are right... lots of stupid comments are made...

and no one is immune to this fact.

so you seriously don't think a bike crash could hurt anyone in an SUV? seriously? but people sit here and argue the cops gonna start firing wild rounds. it was a "rebuttal". no logic what-so-ever.

i have nothing against bikers. i have something against people who break the law then cry when they get caught.

the little crybaby sold his bike because of this? seriously.

are you guys serious?

this time the cop was actually doing his job. HE did not pull out a gun because dude had a camera, he pulled out a gun because dude was ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF OTHERS. he is a COP and has every right to do so. dude would have sped off otherwise. you can see he was being chased and was cut off, by what looked like SEVERAL vehicles. plus he had a MARKED TROOPER on his ass. appears to me like it may have been a PURSUIT.

"stop, or i'll shoot!"

seriously, this is the worst cop hate thread ever.
I agree totally. if you don't have the whole video-don't judge it.

I have respect for cops, because they seem to respect me as long as I am obeying the law. (or breaking it quietly with nobody knowing).

I think the cops old lady was fucking a guy with a bike. He def. had something on his mind other then doing his Job.

Tape me and show me being a dickhead. I dare you to show your legitimate video on you tube, who do you think you are.You thought you lived in the land of the free. But since you were speeding any freedom you thought you had are now not applicible. We are going to raid your parents house and sieze your computer and make an example out of you so we can set a precident to make people scared to show videos of cops abusing there power.

What wire did the guy tap. I'm confused it was not a feed from the cops camera it was his own. He did not engage the cop in any way. The police department view is this guy got on his bike put a camera on his helmet and drove recklessly till he could get a cop to pull him over and video him being a asshole, REALLY!!!
