What year? Pre 2003 or after? The 2002 and under models are still carbureted whereas, the 03 models and up are fuel injected. But for 1,700 that's still hard to go wrong with. Is it the faired model or naked? SV650 symbolizes the naked version (no windscreen/front fairing), SV650S is the model with the front fairing/windscreen and half-faired version.

It's a 2001. He said it has no mechanical problems. It's got no wind sheiks thing either. & 1big head light a round one.
