I used to get Kali Mist when i was a teenager that was some of the best smoke i've ever had. It was hard for two people to finish a joint. But i've read that serious seeds has changed the genetics.i love that always watched feeling

Oh I do. To clarify a little though, it's not the panic I enjoy so much as knowing it's a signal that this is a really motivational and strong sativa when the panic sets in and it never lasts for me. Best high I can remember was some white widow brownies I made, everyone that ate them cursed me afterward and swore off my baked goods. I got the panics for just a minute just long enough to let me know it was going to be a nice motivational high. I like to exercise on pot and do all my triathlon training high. The motivation coupled with the racing thoughts keeps the clock out of my mind and the music so good I don't know I'm exercising. for a 2 hour run or worse yet a 6 hour bike ride (with some stops to freshen up the high and take in food/water) you can't beat a great motivational sativa. It's just not the same with the indica. Doing long cardio sessions negates the crash too, it's like you sweat it out or something. Anyone trying to get into exercise should try a good strong sativa strain as a warm up-you will blaze thru the workout and not even notice it. I get to the point where if I smoke my widow I have to run, I can't sit still my body knows it's time to get some shit done!I didn't know anyone liked the panicky high
I swear I rode my mountain bike on shroom one year year and almost gave myself a heart attack. I was sweating like a maniac, all pale and couldn't catch my breath scared the shit out of my wife but it was so damn fun. it was like riding on couds at a million miles per hourIn the summer we go on bike rides a few times a week and that usually involves some serious smoking and maybe an eighth or so of mushrooms!
I enjoy hikes in the wilderness while medicated but getting stoned before hitting the weights just doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Not that i'm really worried about it being dangerous, i just don't think i'll be able to push myself hard enough if i'm high. You got me thinking now, maybe i'll try taking a couple tokes before i do yoga tomorrow.Is anyone else out there smoking and exercising? I often thought that offering some of my personal training services coupled with the pot use would be an interesting market niche for me. I work with athletes and the elderly and I swear the right kind of pot and the right kind of routine can turn anyone into an exercise junkie pretty quickly. endorphins and THC go so well together. HAven't tried it yet, seems like anyone seeking a PT isn't going to want pot and anyone seeking pot isn't going to want to exercise but stereo-types are for assholes so let me hear it if you are addicted to exercise and use pot.
I have a private home gym, it's way different than a public gym.
