You must not be from America. Because every single god damn american knows that California is the state of the mean green.

I'm gonna rep Colorado here. Get on YouTube and check out 4/20 in Boulder. Good times!

Both states are medicinal legal, but two cities in Colorado, Denver and Breckenridge, both decriminalized up to an ounce for adults over the age of 21 by city ordinance, does Cali have any cities doing that? And that's not a challenge, I just honestly don't know

Oh you have to have your papers for sure, but honestly, its so known for growing I think they'll just assume that you got them.

Copied from Wikipedia, "Humboldt County is also widely known for its cultural attributes associated with the cultivation and proliferation of marijuana. Proposition 215 [2] allows patients and caregivers who are given a doctor's recommendation to legally (State level only) grow up to 99 plants in Humboldt County [12]. David Samuels of The New Yorker describes the county as "the heartland of high-grade marijuana farming in California."[13] The 2008 independent film Humboldt County centers on the county's marijuana cultivation subculture." In most cities around me, people don't really trip off of cannabis. A few dont even bother to enforce potentially illegal cannabis use unless your doing something very stupid, like driving, with a joint in hand.

I am legal so I dont care about lighting up whenever I feel like it but I have smoked in front of a major comedy club, located in a high traffic entertainment/club district of my city and not been bothered one bit. By cops, by people passing by..it was no big deal.

you can have up to a oz and up to 25 plants.
Close - less than 4 oz and 24 plants.
Stagger harvest & squirrel it away. LEO cannot even obtain a warrant with out proof (snitch) that you have over the limit or are selling.
Loose lips, other than that we're solid & they typically dont hassle us.

well according to high times, the front range of Colorado is the America pot capitol. Not that high times would know what they are talking about or anything...
But really, I promise that if you are coming to study here, it would be a huge mistake to move anywhere but northern Colorado, this is the coolest place in the world hands down. And i would have told you that even BEFORE we had all this great weed which is now sold legally on most street corners...

You simply have to be a US citizen and a resident of the state of Alaska. The permanent fund dividend checks are out in mid April. Last years was $3269.00 per person.
