most quiet fan filter combo for stealth

Hey all...aint been around in quite awhile..mainly because i have not started growing yet..#1 want to grow outside but my state sucks....Rain...Rain..Rain...more rain and fog every day..( virginia)... Right now its 61 degrees here. in spring its even worse...and thinking about a inside grow but am worried about fan noise...whats you guys opinions on a reliable fan filter combo thats quiet as fuck and wont give me away...yeah..i know i need a tent and all that good stuff..but if my fan is too loud and gives me away..then ive lost anyways...any advice is appreciated..thanks

Use RVK fan. Buy a bigger one than You need and slow it down using proper speed controller. there is many more ways, check forums
