Wow. I have chlorine also. I just let it sit 12-24 hrs. But you may have more not sure. I’m about 2-3 ppm. Plants seam to like it.

The mosquito dunks seemed to have worked! I didn't see any flying gnats today.

I cut one ring in half > put one half into a Ziploc® baggie > placed baggie between sheets of paper towel > lightly crushed ring with hammer into dust > sprinkled dust onto top of soil.
