more light?

i have 2 40w 4ft flourescent tubes rated at 6500k and 3050 output luminens each and all i can afford is flourescents is this enough light for now and if so when should i add more light. and what about bud formation can i get away with flourescents?

should be good for a while,, you will prolly need more when they start getting bigger. Also did you plant 4 seeds in 1 pot?

If so, you are going to have problems....
