More light vs less light during vegging

Whats the effects of vegging under low lights compared to more? I know the plants grow slower, but will it affect the overall quality of the buds at harvest?

the results are SLOW GROWTH, and immature plants.
AND
BUDDING - FLOWERING requires much more lights.
If you don't have ample light, give it up!

thanks Rosebud just wanted to make sure because i plan on keeping 1 mother to clone off of and if im going to keep her in veg i want to do so with the least amount of electricity spent which means i can use more during flowering with a bigger hps bulb.

hmm, sorry bud cant help there. thats the price to pay for dense bud, switching over to cfl's would be more cost efficient, but def lower your yield
