Looks like your basically drowning them. Overwatering is the number one problem for new growers, followed by underwatering.
For two week old clones I start nutes at 1/4 strength. Is that what you did?
These plants maybe saved. Details of your room might help.
You will need to cut some of those branches out of there, they are way too close together. When your plant is not 'growing up' it usually means there is a problem 'below ground' since that is where the food to grow comes from. VV

well im only watering them every 3-4 days and im giving them about 200mls of water. for the nutes i have been giving them what the bottle said "7 drops for every litre" but im gonna take them off it for now untill there really healthy looking. so how would i figure out which branches to cut off.?
i have the light 20" away and the location is in my onsuite bathroom where i have a 4x4' shower. it works really well becuase there is already an exust fan. and i have a small fan blowing on them at all times. and the white tiles of the shower work good for reflecting light and heat.

What you want to do is cut like every other one out, leave the longest one's you can. Sometimes plants get a little 'shocked' at transplant, I had a couple like that in the last batch of juicy Fruit clones I took. Trimmed them a little at a time over a week or so, they have just about recovered. I have left others without trimming them, that did not work.
Start by getting a few of the 'fan leaves' out of the way, you will see the little branches that need to come out. VV

ok so i figured out what was wrong. i bought a temp and humididy gauge and my temp was good at 26 but my humididy was way to low at 30%
and i found this threw google.

"If humidity in your grow room drops very low (below 40%), it may cause the young leaves of your
plants to become smaller; whilst, older leaves may simply curl at the margins, burn and drop off. It's
important to note that such stresses tend to stunt plant growth. This is more apparent when plants
are very young. Large, mature plants naturally raise humidity."

so as i said i have these plants in a giant 4x4' shower im not using i just ran some hot water untill the humididy was at 75% then turned it off. and about 2 hours has gone by and the temp and humididy hasn't changed. so that seems to work

and i trimmed off most of the fan leaves the other day and they are already looking healthier. and i took them off that plant food i was giving them
