this plant have just been let by itself pretty much the whole time since it sprouted some 8 month back..

i wouldnt care so much for this one but its the only one still standing, it didnt have a good place to grow at, some other plants but some meters away did really well before they got hit/killed by a thunderstorm.

So anyway to the current problem..

we got lot of monkeys coming going, day before yesterday one went for some vegetables in the garden and panicing when he got afraid he tried to escape using the plant, the plant being over 2 m long snapped in the middle leaving hanging.. i put some electrictape i had near and tried to fix it up.
No half of the plant (upper part) is not looking to recover but the lower branches have got a lot of energy since the accident, they look better than ever.. should i cut the plant where it snapped??

Its in flowering but slowly guessing 2 month more. as ia said its been in the ground for a loong time so dont judge it by the look aight.

no good pic but at least one before the attack picture so you get some illustration going

quick advice would be rewarded with instant karma!!!

I'm sorry but did you say Monkey? A monkey?

I would tape it with duck tape where it snapped.. bring it in during the next thunderstorm..

Yes monkeys, im in india so not so uncommon ;)

didnt have any ducktape just som electrictape. tried it just after it happend but no real effect and as the lower part is getting more energy perhaps i should just cut it were it snapped...i

moving it is out of the question, rootsystem is going under the wall in the background.

no more reply in 20 min and il cut it in half and hope for the best for the remaining plant....

Chong bro! Sorry I was late. I have no idea of what to do when a plant gets cut during flowering. If I were you I would get a herbal rooting mix and treat the top cutting with it and hope for the best.

Hope everything will turn out fine. Experienced rollers might be able to help you out.

Love n Peace,
Toker.

If a section of the main stem is snapped open and not just bent, AND the top section begins to wilt........It's more then likely NOT going to make it. Cut it the rest of the way off.

I say "shock the monkey".....lol....not making fun of your problem, because it's not funny, but it IS a problem you rarely see here. Best of luck.
