MoNk0's Perpetual CFL Grow

whas the biggest yeild you guys have seen outta a uhaul box? i dont really follow them very much.. i know, my own ignorance.. sorry... just wondering.. i honestly think monk has the highest harvest i have seen documented outta a pc... props homie... big props... dont know how much of my arjan grow helped ya out on that one, but i give you the crown for pc harvest... any contenders? anyone? ...(mic drops and hts the floor,... absolute silence... crickets chirp... anouncer clears throat...)lol...

i don't know bro, but concord dawn has got to be up there among the uhaul growers. just grassy by herself is probably gonna end up yielding 4 or 5 zips i bet.

Nope no intake fans bro, didn't have any on the pc either.. No intake = constant negative pressure, which means you can control where your air leaves the box for better odor control... If you have a high enough CFM fan no intake fans isn't a big deal.. My pc has around 130 cfm exhaust and my uhaul box has roughly 185 cfm

LOL yeah had the 43g out of my case, I know CT has pulled a zip or over not sure on exact numbers but I know he has pulled at least a zip..

for sure grassy is lookin like a monster in his uhaul box lol I think he said it was 4ft tall but he has it tied down to fit in the box lol..

good looking boxes monko. I didn't follow your last grow, but from the sounds of it, it was a good one, I'll be sure to check that out. Count me sub'ed in for this one, might even use you as a guideline for my next grow good luck on your grow!

yo monko glad i was seachin threads and stumbled upon this here posting party. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i like the diy reflector you made. my pc case grow was 31 grams in dwc. next highest was the blueberry at 26.5 looking forward to seeing what you pull off this go round.

Thanks bro seen another member with something similar and went from there.. I knew you had at least a zip out of your pc and your pc is smaller then mine


Oh yeah almost forgot, got the finishing touches on the pc for this go around and started germing a HHxSCxNL next one to germ will be HHxJHxSLxHJ and then HHxDB

yo monk, i did a complete rebuild of the box last night, put the 10" out the top and a 12 x 6 passive vent on the lower right hand side, temps dropped 5 degrees right away, check it out if you get a chance, plenty of pics. you should have seen me tryin to get grassy back in the box, LoL.

Nice bro yeah out the top I think is the way to go, I might have to add another one of the fans I have to the box but thats ok it was only 17 bucks. I bet that was a bitch to get that tall girl back into that box I'll check it out soon bro for sure...

All is welcome should be getting some more pictures up soon, gonna do a temp test on the uhaul box in the next day or two..

Only thing I have left to get really is another heavy duty timer but hell thats like 10-15 bucks..

they got a dollar store where you at? thats where i get most of my supplies... timers, lights, nutes, plugs, extensions, adapters... pretty much all i need... minus some things... but i would say i run a 75% dollar store grow... all the way down to my dwc setup, minus air stone and pump...

Looking good man, I was wanting a small perpetual and the first time I worked with cardboard for growing was my dry box. I liked it and how you can fit fans and stuff easily. (good for people with limited hardware) So I'll sub and see how this goes.

Well kinda its a small dollar general and there is a family dollar in the town I go to menards and lowes but takes me longer to get to.. Plus I really like the heavy duty timers from lowes the one I have now has worked flawlessly and the tabs were easy to bring up and down.. Thanks for the idea though I'll have to take a look sometime when I'm down there..

Thanks bro, I will have 3 mothers and clones going in my PC Case and as many Party cups as I can fit in my Uhaul box.. Basicly I want to harvest 1 party cup per week hoping to average a half zip per.. That should keep me and my wife going pretty good and all spare I can get rid of to my moms who has MS but since our state is ridiculous we don't have MMJ yet. So basicly want enough for 3 people to smoke on and not worrying about purchasing any or what not.. That is the goal anyways

So yeah I calibrated my PH meter yesturday to get ready for when my seed goes into soil.. That way I can keep the ph going in at 7 and allow me to give them more nutes as last grow I didn't go past 1/4 tsp of Tiger Bloom due to it lowers ph and not knowing what my ph was due to no meter I was hesitant now I can give them all they want late in flower which should allow them to pack on more weight this go around.

Update on the HHxSCxNL seed: It has cracked open and starting to get a tail. Will check back in on it tomorrow. Might be ready to go into PC case who knows

Hey man I saw people mentioning dollar tree. I think the dollar store around me has these small trash cans about a foot tall and like 4 inches wide and like 8 inches long. I figured they would be the perfect size for a SoG.

Dont take up much floor space but they are tall so good volume.

hell yeah, family dollar, dollar tee, dollar general... all good stores for cheap diy supplies... plus, i dont think people take notice to what you buy there as much as one would at stores like lowes and home depot would... call me paranoid... lol...

I agree with micro, I also don't think they would suspect you were using it for growing MJ. They always seem to be more concerned about telling me about the new items they sell. plus the employees at a dollar store seem so much nicer to deal with than lowes or HD.

tru dat... i dont think anyone fathoms gettin grow supplies from a dollar store.. i guess they think they must be dollar quality... with is so untrue... a plastic rubbermaid is a plastic rubbermaid no matter where it is sold... plus, they got one of those stores walkin distance frm muh castle (not really, but it is huge)... lol...

yeah dollar store is nice for most stuff, but I still like getting certain things at lowes. I never ask for help in there I just look around till I find what I need..
