I am know a decent amount aabout growing and what works and doesnt work...but i have only grown in rubbermaids and garbage cans...now i have a 10x12 room that i can do WHATEVER with...if money were no object(WITHIN REASON OF COURSE...THE LESS THE BETTER). How would you design this growroom so that you can produce EXTREME yields CONSISTENTLY...details would be gretly appreciated...this seems so much more overwhelming than a trashcan

I would go with an aeroponics setup there is plenty of information on it on this website..ive heard of people doing really good with an aeroponics setup ( shorter veg times, quality bud, and good yields) vertically surrounding a 1000 watt maximizing your yield per square footage ratio. 2 p's a light is accomplished this way because of the maximum usage of the light intensity.

look up more info on it good luck.:joint:

Is there a closet in the room? If so, I'd set up a perpetual harvest using a 1000 watt HPS in the main room and the veg, mother and clone areas in the closet. Figure out how to make the closet areas light tight to not interrupt flowering outside of it. If you don't have a closet, I'd make one. I ran a perfectly dialed in perpetual harvest for four years yielding nearly a QP every 19 days using a 400 HPS. I always wanted to do one with a bigger light :D

QP every 19 days huh,
what kind of perpetual grow were you doing and why 19 days?
How many plants/bud type for that QP under the 400w?

I honestly am trying to do somewhere around like 2 lbs a month...so far i will have flourescents in the closet for my mothers... I have done a little aeroponic research, and from what i see it is verrrrry easy to screw it up... maybe that aquamist system from see more buds, but fox farm soill seems best/easiest and most forgiving...would the yields be increased thaaaaat dramatically by aeroponic that it would be worth the risk???

Hey, I have a 10' x 12' room.
Click on my 3 sig grows to see how I do it.
I'm limited to how many I can flower so I go with this.
My first 3 grows were under 4 1000w HPS with 2, 8'x4' trays.
This 4th grow I'm going with 600's and I suggest you do the same.
Since we are both dealing with a good amount of space.
We should have as many points of light as we can get.

But, if I wasn't limited to a certain # of plants I would consider doing a stadium setup.
This being several HPS lights hung vertically in the middle of the room.
With a perpetual harvest on both sides of higher escalating shelves.
This would take some good waste management system though because the water runoff would be a hassle.
I use FoxFarm and nothing else.

dees an' aero

Less unnecessary transipration = a safer aero grow

-or you can combo it with dwc for assurance.

Are you looking for unique?

Like tried and true, or like no one else's?

That stadium grow idea sounds sweet.

A room full of volksgardens would be cool,

or a shit load of topsy turvy tomatoe planters!

Vertical sog seems cool.

I have noticed many users on this site are very interested in the Aquamist 1 system, but are simply turned off by the price tag. Well I may have a solutition for you. I have some great contacts in the wholesale industry which has given me the ability to duplicate the system. The system I can produce is 2x6 which is 50 larger than the aquamist system. The components are equal or greater in quality, and the price tag is the same! Just thought I would make the offer and see if it helps. Let me know if its something you are interested in. I would be glad to help you save some money.
