Fuck dude your worse than a lot of my friends parents that don't even smoke weed. What's the fun in smoking if u can't even leave the house.

You'll understand when ya "grow up" son. It's called RESPONSIBILTY.

Basically...your parents are LEGALLY responsible for what ya little fucks do 'til yer 18. If yer a stupid little fuck up, they are the ones who get to take the heat for ya bein that fuck up.

maybe you do this .... get really fucken drunk come home make an ass of yourself in front of you parents, next day say "i'm not going to drink any more ever again". week later you say "im finding non drinking hard but i want to stick to it". a another few days later. you say "my friend gave my this drug that made drinking seem silly, ive tried it a few times and seems to working grate". "can i keep taking it"?

Im not much of ad rinker, but ive thought of the same thing.

Ive thought of saying that Ive been feeling sick (mentally or physically)- and my friend gave me a pipe hit (id say joint, but my parents smoke cigarettes and know that its deadly and would never approve of cigarettes, or anything rolled in paper, likely)- and ive felt awesome. Then he told me it was marijuana and I should tell you (my parents) about it.

Ive thought about it- but more than anything, theyd get suspicious of the people/friend who let me have that hit. Its a risk. It could work- but still, a risk.

this is a difficult question to answer everybody is different i told my parents when i was around 15-16 (we were very open) they weren't "impressed" but it wasnt the end of the world they see no prob with pot they just think it is better to wait until out of high school, which as a parent, makes a little sense. My kids are 5,3, and 3 months so this "talk" wont be anytime soon. I found that in my case with MY parents it was a much wiser thing to tell them things and not let them find out, they will eventually. Anyways If you dont think they will absolutely freak out i suggest telling them or if it is your mom that worries maybe tell your dad and let him decide if it would be a good idea to let your mom know. probably shouldn't mention growing

Aight fair enough...i just felt bad for your son when u said he can't leave the house once he gets high. i mean getting high and going out creating havoc is what it's all about when your a teenager...But your probably right tho looking back, between the ages of 16 of 18 (i'm 20) i had to call my parents down to the emergency room twice, juvie twice, and cost them probably around 5-6 grand in medical bills and court costs...but then again i don't if it was because of the drugs and alcohol but it probably didn't help.

I hear ya I blaze...I was a hellion....JRhigh/HS '71-76...we tripped, we speeded on 5-fer-a-dollar mini-whites, did "T" (PCP), downers..fuck..we did it all... DAILY. My school was a smorgasboard of drugs and you could pick/choose everey damn day "which way' you wanted to go. With $2 in yer hand you could get VERY fucked up. TOO fucked up in some cases. ($.50 "sopors" in '74 took alot of guys out...LOL)

We also did most of this shit IN THE CAR. Looking back...THAT was the only stupidity of the entire gig. The drugs prolly won't KILL YA (most of em)..but the fuckin drugs AND A CAR sure the fuck will! I was LUCKY...never in a wreck that we couldn't yank the car outta the ditch or figure it out somehow on our own. Others I knew weren't so fortunate. I can still go back home and see the light pole that my good friend wrapped his car around at 90 on Ludes in '75. Damn shame. Good kids dying young for NO reason beyond the fact that their parents can't stand the TRUTH that they party.

So that's where the 3 hour time limit comes in. I KNOW it's fun to go raise hell...but you can also choose where yer gonna go raise hell and smoke/stay there until you're half-assed "normal" again...ya know?

I just don't want MY KID CRASHING HIS CAR INTO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 'cus he's baked and on the road when he doesn't HAVE TO be driving around to catch a buzz.

I know the law doesn't approve of my parental ways...but fuck that shit...all I care about is getting my kids through all of this stuff alive....

i was planning to tell my mom that i smoke pot, so i started to show her comparative toxicity of drugs, how cannabis was the least harmful, as well as examples of famous people who smoke it, carl sagan(physicist and astronomer), diego rivera(mexican artist and activist of communist party), bill clinton, etc also socialists want to legalize it here in mexico
she was never convinced, but one day she showed me an apple in which i smoked, i only smiled haha. there was no punishment, i think thanks to my campaign
