Mold

I watered my plants, left for 4 days, came back, and seen that my lights were off the whole time in the 4x4 tent. Because of that, the soil stayed pretty damp. Normally the plants (that are in 3gal pots) would have started to wilt a little, but they were as wet as when I left.

Anyway, the top soil only of all of my plants were covered in fluffy white mold. Obviously I'm going to allow the soil to dry out, but how else should I handle this?

That is not necessarily a bad thing. Good organic soil contains bacteria and fungi that form a symbiotic relationship with the plants. However, if its visibly growing on the soil surface its a sign that your environment is out of whack for plants.

Let the top few inches of soil dry out well. The mold will not grow if there is no moisture. You wont be able to kill all the spores unless you sterilize the soil and roots (dont do this)
