here is the final word (well, my final word) on bruising vs mold. The vast majority of the time, the color you see on mold is the sporulating mass at the ends of their mycelial hyphae. If you really want to learn mushrooms, learn all you can from the fungi imperfecti - take a look at a molding pice of fruit or bread - watch closely, you will see white or grey in an expanding circle followed by a bullseye color change - green, blue, pink, orange, black - those are the color of the spores - this is why, when in doubt, if you brush a wet q-tip along the suspected mass it will come away with color - . Your mushroom bruises blue or green (covet the ones that bruise green btw). it is internal to the flesh of the fruit and will not come off.
What you see on that fruit is bruising - and btw, trich is not poisonous, although it doesn't taste very good - that's the forest green stuff.
