I know there is calcium and magnesium and potassium in molasses also. I got some grandma's unsulfured and i use it outside for all my house plants and bud plants . Just look at the back . I also use it with the water i spray my composted horse manure .its a bacterial food also and all my left over dr. Peppers get put in the water i use to spray that compost . I cant say i see bad results it smells of earth when i turn the pile i was told by my neighbors it smells good like rain what ever that means composting my horses manure is a way to keep the zoo smell down. And help the earth i throw compost all over the yard i got so much by the tim e i use it up i already have an other pile cooking almost ready.
