molasses AND cal/mag???

I was just wondering how much molasses is too much and when using a product like the general organics Cal Mag+ (which is derived from molasses) can this work as your carbohydrate source/food for microbes? Also, if using a product derived from molasses like the GO Cal Mag+ in the amounts needed for proper supplementation (which can often be more than 10ml per gallon) could this replace the need for added molasses? Is the GO Cal Mag+ refined to the point that it is very different from the food grade molasses we use? I like nutrients serving multiple purposes, though I am trying to find an easy way to give the plants the Ca/Mg other than a Ca/Mg supplement and haven't decided on which way is best. I have been playing with different calcium sources such as plantations molasses or humbolt honey ES. I also have been using Eco Vie as part of my Ca/Mg supplementation as well as other trace elements, I have played with the Organa ADD a bit but not enough yet.

School me up fellas! It would be cool to hear how everyone provides the Ca/Mg/Fe/etc.. to their plants.

Blackstrap molasses already has all that in there. I see no need to supplement anymore. Unless you are using something like distilled water or RO, your water should have it too.
