beaches I'am in the west end of Toronto and I'm currently forming a group of interested individuals to put together a viable application for a LP.We already have had a few meetings with a lawyer and have made a bit of progress.No name choosen yet or corp registered but this is the type of undertaking that will require a serious investment and a lot of dedication so if there are interested parties let me know.Some of the applications that I know of took an investment of about 8-10mil $ when completed I know of two in Toronto area one is 30000 sq ft the other is 8700 sq ft I would be considering somewhere in the middle
