This thread was good a long ass time ago, now the regulations, players, cost, process, SOPs, QA, etc.. everything has changed. I don't even know if there's valuable information leftover other than the fact that one of these guys became an LP.

I wanted to become an LP too at first. I honestly thought the MMPR was just going to be Health Canada's way of tightening up the regs in the MMAR, which I thought was somewhat reasonable. Boy was I wrong :(.

Plan and hope for the best, but be prepared and also plan for the worst.

I dont think it was naive for us or other common folk to try and become LP's initially.

I felt obliged to try and walk the new legal route when presented one, even if its a suspected guise. By following the through with their application, guides, and regulations and then to being rejected for arbitrary and unfounded issues and reasons provides me with some evidence of my willingness to try and walk the line, and also evidence of their incompetence. Not valueless when your activities are known to everyone and are considered illegal.

I just dont understand why there hasnt been more discussion between those 1000+ applicants who have been denied when they should not have been. Maybe there is and im just not in the loop.
