MediJean is MediGone lol, their master grower is now suing them in Vancouver Supreme Court for $500K. They fired him and then kept all of his genetics. Medijean is a joke, I know a few people who worked there and no way snowball's chance in hell with they ever get a license. Only thing going on their now is the R&D license and 1 MMAR license belonging to the previous CEO, probably growing over his plant limit. I heard they are trying to be a clone/seed factory for any LPs or MMARs.

Hey now... there's a court case ready to happenCharles Scott, AKA Reeferman, was their head grower. I heard that he was fired for stealing genetics.
Itsme.
When you work for a company and develop new strains, those new strains are propriotory to the company. Mr. Scott has a reputation for being somewhat unscrupulous. Last I heard he left the country with medijean proprietary genetics.I don't how you can steal your own genetics.
The strains that were developed during the 2-3 years Scott worked for Medijean belong to Medijean. I can guarantee Scott signed many legal documents to protect any priporitory strains developed by him for Medijean.Genetics
and who's were they again?
So you are affiliated with Medijean? I find it hard to believe that medijean didn't require its employees to sign anything. I was interviewed by Scott's mom in the summer of 2013, for a job, I even signed a NDA. The receptionist was hot. There was never any legal documents signed, that place was a gong show, esecially when Jean was screwing the receptionist, paying her rent, and buying her a car, all with funds allocated for the facility.
I guess it needs to be blatant... who gives a %^&*The strains that were developed during the 2-3 years Scott worked for Medijean belong to Medijean. I can guarantee Scott signed many legal documents to protect any priporitory strains developed by him for Medijean.
