Mmmmm smelling good.... Oregon

Smells good around my neck of the woods.... backbuilding buds on 10 foot girls takes a while.
Anybody else backbuild their buds?...

what's backbuilding?

I might not have the term correct but it is where you nip just the tip of the buds off ( about a 1/16th or 1/8th). This makes the buds really fatten up. I don't want to link some other website so if you google it look for LA's quick guide to backbuilding. I have been doing this for a couple years indoor and out with excellent results.

This guy did a test to see the difference, you be the judge.....

They don't care here it's all about sharing, https://www.420magazine.com/forums/budding-cycle/209274-las-quick-guide-simple-backbuilding-technique-buds-4.html , It's a flat top hair cut for bud tips. It would be good to sterilize the scissors after each snip to keep from spreading an infection. I have some at that stage I'll give it a try see what happens.

I went away for a couple of days last week, and when I got home and parked on the street in front of my house, from the minute I stepped out of my car I could smell bud. Having taken several walks around the neighborhood, sadly it seems we are the only ones growing outside this summer, at least the only ones I've smelled. I wish I picked up that scent more often around here.

I had never heard of backbuilding buds before, sounds reasonable. I think I might be too far along for this season though? 2-3 weeks from harvest... I have one that's a little behind the others and could use some beefing up, maybe I'll try it.

Sweet info! I am going to snip some flower tops this afternoon on my Black Cherry soda and Agent Orange!

ok...topped a couple of Colas just to see how this works...

here is my Black Cherry soda...it might be too late to do this on this one as I have about two weeks left on her...but here ya go...first pic is the topped cola, second pic will be my standard...

Smells good in Oregon cause I farted dab smoke while passing through on my way home to Cali .....

And here is my Agent Orange...I think this is a better test standard as it actually has at least 4 more weeks....

done for a veeeeeeeeery long time in mexico. fat buds prior to bricking. i first started doing it really when i went indoor. no need for me outdoors.


height an issue on a heavy sat. maybe yiur growing a 6monther and it stretches that whole 6..
nick the top off the cola once its mostly formed.
ive had 8" diameter colas huge club like nugs
