That being said, I think both section 4 and section 8 protect people who are helping patients, registered and unregistered, dispensaries, collectives, cg2cg, p2p, cg2p, p2cg. This is the only way to insure that patients who need medicine can get it without much problem.

Sec 4 protects them from arrest - "persons" not just cgs and pats - and Sec 8 protects them from prosecution/conviction.

Section 8 provides for an affirmative defense. That means that you can be prosecuted but will have some grounds to attempt to prove your innocence. In a AD, the burden of proof is on the defendant.

The patient to patient gray area your talking about has been gone over time and time again on the website and it goes both ways. Some think it's legal some say it's not,,, like myself. If ya got slamed then sorry my friend they do get pushy on there points some times, but thats what happens when people debate issues. This point in our law will be decided in the courts sad to say.....

But as for the founder Greg F, no,,,,, Not that I know of, nor me,,,,, nor Brad,,,,,, so,,,,,,,, not that I know of............................
Greg is home on the farm and not doing anything as far as the mmma anymore,, that I know of anyways...........

greg f nor brad or even b.b are running it any longer the site is owned by komorn the attny and his admins are total ass hats! they bann you if you dont agree with them, they physicaly threaten you, they let one idiot say anything he wants, he picks fights with every one and than the big fella (zap) comes in, deletes posts and threads he dont agree with and banns people, there are like 4 people posting there today!

see you mention the "accordance with this act", please show me where donating marijuana to a qualifying patient from another patient is forbidden in this act?

A pt can purchase mm from any one, the person supplying it has to be registered to the pt thru the registry!

p2p is ilegal c.g to cg is ilegal despensarry's are ilegal, untill the new supply center law comes into effect!

You leave out the part of the law that clearly states a c.g has to be registered to the pt thru the registry to legaly supply them with mm,,,,,a pt can buy it in an alley and the guy in the alley will get arrested if not registered to said pt!

registered is easy to see, if you have a c.g card with a pt's name on the back you can supply them with upto 2.5 oz of usable mm,,,,,a pt can get it from their c.g and any where else they want to,,,,,it is the seller who will be arrested if they are not connected thru the registry!

just having a card dont make us all connected!

You are giving out bad info,,,,,the law is very easy to read, I suggest you read it a few times and than come back and tell us the law!

Totally agree that the mmma is done! Glad for it too. Dangerous place. I watched someone come in and seek a caregiver, make a comment about how it was odd it was taking months, then just got banned. I was shocked. Then I noticed the bulk of regular posters were banned, including a moderator. I asked about it. Got banned. Bottom line, Chad lost his ability to cope and act civil. I've pulled my presence support, financial support, and withdrew from efforts in starting a c. club.

It's funny to see the Mmma over here trying to defend itself though! That group is merely a nastalgia thing for the 4 douches to compare what member # they were. I suspect they are eating the shit out of member berries lol.

Well, they think because the site regularly gets high traffic that they are awesome..well..now that there is really litterally 2-4 ppl left contributing..thatll die down. Especially with the most recent topics being..well..just go look at them lol

in one post mal says it is sad to see all of the hate in me lol, he qouted me, they deleted my post and my qoute in his post, before I got banned I wrote wouldnt it be nice if people could read the post you are referring to, I wasnt hating, I simply said zap is an ass hat and this place is going to hell in a hand basket, and I cant beleive komorn is letting you ruin this once thriving site!

strange the org clearly states they are in support of dispensaries, yet their three remaining mouthpieces are clearly angry about presence, at least since their own dispensary efforts didnt work out the way they wished. All these asshats were part of the so called compassion clubs, we used to try real hard to tell them that selling buds to anyone with a card was illegal. They fought tooth and nail against that legal fact for years, then disbanded. Now they are all in one place again. They have stated they would allow all murderers out of prison if it meant legal marijuana ! They just cant see the forest through for the tees, or maybe they can, and their mission just is NOT in line with patients any longer. money speaks loudest.

One must question the leadership ability of another who appoints a monster like resto to run their forum, question every single post even. This resto character has admitted to calling the FBI when he found a marijuana plant in his yard ! He called the law and became affiliated with law enforcement, a NARC. He repeatedly has laughed at the notion of "SWATTING" other cannabis users for revenge, actually calling the police and filing a false drug related report to cause swat to raid, throw flash grenades at our sleeping families, steel there sex toys, knock kids and grandmas to the floor...... Is this the type of forum leaders a law firm wants to represent their efforts? maybe.

I saw a post that said a lobbyist firm in MI costs about 6k monthly...I believe the mmma has increased its monthly income by 6k per month today in the democratic arena. nothing to do with cannabis perhaps, and everything to do with local politicians and their wallets, democrats, they been doing this type of dirty business for decades. Selective censorship, fact denials, talking out both sides of their forum mouths......I always sensed a nefarious motive of the team, now confirmed, clear as day.
Its the only forum I ever posted on where the team was set on discovering the true identities of its members. From day one the team accused posters of being cops, dispensary owners, narcs, spammers, when all the while......lookee here, its called projection.
I've watched them systematically attack every patient suffering with cancer, every one that I became aware of was ousted!
I watched them do the same with every testing lab, every doctor, and anyone else who seemed to be of a professional nature.
and the money? are financial supporters even refunded? lets steal the money from every poster who doesnt agree with resto?
