I just wanted to put it out there that Arkansas got enough signatures on petitions set up by an AWESOME organization called "Arkansans for Compassionate Care" www.arcompassion.org to make the November 2012 Ballot!!! The state attorney general approved the signatures and it was on KATV7 news a few nights ago that medical marijuana has made the november ballot for the first time. If it is passed, Arkansas will be the 1st state in the south to legalize cannabis! Its almost like if we can get some states legal in the south, we'll have all 4 corners of the country and the middle will start to fill in! You can go to the link above and read all the proposed laws and restrictions. If you live in Arkansas, know someone who lives here, or know someone who knows someone who lives here, contact them and make sure they know how important it is that they show up to vote! Please help if you can!

It is great that it will be on the ballot, and I believe it will pass. The program is way inadequate, i read 6 plants max 12 inches tall. This is maybe a joint every other week.

If you read it again, it means...
6 plants max, 12 inches tall and over. What you said is how i read it the first time, lol. But they can grow 6 plants, in flower, over 12 inches is where they start counting.

"If".

"If" I were you, I wouldn't go planting the beans yet.

Likelihood of this passing in socially conservative Arkansas probably isn't that good.
