Give me a basement and $3000.00 and I will convert that into $20,000+ of top shelf bud in 5-6 months.
People that think they need state of the art growrooms are mistaken. I'll skip the hoods and grow Vert. bare bulb hempy tree's. Be rollin in bud and cash. Then build your "deluxe" room with the major profit you just made.

I wasted a lot money building a room when I first moved to MI myself. I regret it, but hey I was all excited to be legal for the first time and had a great discount to utilize.
I tore the big fancy room down and now just grow in multiple tents, way more efficient with my style.

a nice bonus if your trying to create the next best strain-
hell you dont even 'need' a carpenter/contractor with tents-
just a boy scout-
