They are looking good man! The light does seem to be working well.
Once I mix and pH a reservoir, I don't even bother checking it again unless I top it up. Also, I am lazy.
That's for drain-to-waste Coco Perlite mix, just add nutes to RO water and pH to 5.8, very simple.
In a recirculating system I might check it more, but probably not.

What did you wind up doing for lights?
Recirculating Rez changes the game
As the ladies build buds they dump serious waste products, which in my case are going right back into a ~ 3g rez.
It would only take 3 days of not readjusting for plants to develop mysterious issues

Is the spectrum for your Spydr 600 still the same one you listed a few pages back in this thread? This one http://www.bmlcustom.com/custom-report-details/?partNo=PS3690S101GEAGSEGAGESGAEG ? If so, are you happy with it? Would you change the spectrum in any way?
I have been considering using the Spydr 600 as side lighting along with a Rocket Plasma and I am trying to figure out a good sun like spectrum using mostly white leds (for a more balanced spectrum) but heavier on the orange and red side for flowering. I would like to use it through the vegetative and flowering phase like you are doing. It seems like we would want to imitate the late summer outdoor spectrum for something like this but that is just a guess. I am definitely not an expert on the subject.

I hear you on the recirculating issues. The House & Garden Aqua Flakes runs really clean, you might try that. In Ebb 'n Flo system I could go 7-10 days between reservoir changes with little to no adjustment without problems. Canna is also good like that.
I was on my way to get the Kushman Vegamatrix nutes earlier, but there was traffic, so maybe another day. I did get those Super SVA nutes that the old school OG Kush growers supposedly use. I was told it's exactly what the original Advanced Nutrients Sensi A/B used to be, and it's cheap.

It would appear so. Somehow I thought I had mixed ~ 90% 2700 + 3000, which was one of the iterations I toyed with. The 625s was BMLs choice, and a good one. The only reason I thought to mix 2700 & 3000 was I was unclear as to their spectral graphs at the time.
3000 + ~ 10% @ 625 would be very nice for flowering
Keep in mind I chose these spectrums as a veg AND bloom light
If only for flowering, I would go with 80% 3000 + 10% @ 625 + 10% @ 3500-4000 these to make sure there is sufficient blue throughout flowering
In a pinch you could likely veg pretty well with this too
I must say that the "Custom LED Strip" website that BML has is pretty sweet, I have been playing around with led combos for almost 2 days now but. I stumbled across this grow comparison today by Greengenes between an Apache Tech AT600 led and a 1000 watt HPS https://www.rollitup.org/t/apache-at600-led-vs-1000w-hps-blue-dream-grow.813412/page-40 where the guy achieved a .96 gram/watt. So I think that I will try and mimic the AT600 spectrum for my Spydr 600 (if I choose to get one) build since there are proven results with the spectrum. ( At600 vs HPS 1000 grow video here
The AT600 uses a 3:2 white/red combo in their panel and courtesy of the At600 Growershouse.com's review we have their spectrum here

Sorry if this is considered off topic, I have no intention of derailing your thread. I just thought you might be interested since you seem to know your stuff when it comes to spectrum and are kind of in the testing phase for your own spectrum at the moment.

GG707 is an excellent grower. I follow him closely. And AT makes excellent products
Keep in mind companies design panels well ahead of the quantum level improvements being made in white leds on a daily basis, or so it seems. So ATs blend choices then will probably not be the same as their next gen
Today, Cree has COBs (several guys here using them in DIYs) that are damn near perfect for mj from seed- harvest- but they are $$$$$$, and point source. I prefer an even light distribution across the canopy
As I mentioned above (but slightly revised here), were I to select diodes today for my SPYDR, I would go with ~ 80% 3000 + 10% @ 625. The other 10%, I would replace the 6500Ks with 5000Ks.
This should make for a complete light for veg-harvest

if you scroll through this thread you should find a c/p of 411 I came across over a year ago (or is it 2?) that spells out why > 650 is not needed in any quantity.
I have seen this using both 660 leds and 660 HOT5s
What 660 will do is cause stretch
If your plants are small, this may be helpful
The mix you suggested of 3000k, 5000k, & 625 looks good. A CRI of 95 and more similar to the sun than the spectrum I posted in my last post. The micromoles are a little lower than the last spectrum but. I would rather have it more like the sun than anything I think. Copying nature would seem to be the smartest move when it comes to this stuff imo. I split them up more like 3000k @ 60%, 5000k @ 20%, & 625 @ 20% though http://www.bmlcustom.com/custom-report-details/?partNo=PS3690S101GGCSGGGCSGGGCSG . I think this spectrum would work well for me since I would have the plasma for veg and come flower time I can cut the Spydr on to light up the sides for flowering.
I will definitely mention you if I place an order.

Keep in mind that when harvesting by the sun cycle during fall, that the sun is both farther away and redder than during veg
FYI, did a rez change yesterday in the ufo tent, and this morning in the 600.
Back up to ~ 800, just to see if buds swell more
For sure they are filling in, and getting sticker by the day

Attempting to harvest some pollen for a couple branches on the female
I am using the clear 4 liter dome over the male to keep pollen in check

Back up to ~ 800, just to see if buds swell more
