mixing diff nute brands?

Hey guys,

was just curious couldnt really find this answer anywhere but is it bad to give the plant different brands of nutes through its cycles?? for example; using AdvancedNutrient Sensi grow part A&B/B-52 for veg, then Ionics bloom/boost for flowering, will it effect the plant or soil and cause problems?

also lets say using Sensi grow for 2 weeks then switching to ionics grow for the remainder of veg, would that cause problems also?

i use around 6 different bottles, and all 6 from day 1 to harvest.

seedling, i go a lil heavy on bloom nutes and lighter on veg nutes
veg: i go heavy on veg nutes, light on bloom
bloom: heavy on bloom, light on veg.

i use micro nutes during the entire process, something like this: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4368194

they are all different vendors, different ratios, etc...
i use them very very diluted at the start, and see how it works, usually when i try a new nutrient, ill start at 1/4th strength, 2 weeks later, 1/2 strength, 2 more weeks, 3/4th strength... etc, so i know theres no nute burn
but yea, i use a lot of stuff. each company does something different. some have more sugars/carbs then others. some have 6 trace elements, others have 6 completely different trace elements.

i go further into detail if ya want me to, but short answer: go ahead. just make sure you start at a weaker strength, mix in a bottle/bucket, then add it in. and if theres particles in it (like if you mix 2+ things and see floating shit in there, thats not ok.)

I'm seriously considering mixing my H&G cocos A+B with Dyna-Gro Bloom at 50/50 ratio for the entire bloom cycle. Nick you sound like you wouldn't expect any problems with doing that. I was thinking perhaps the completely different lines might interact with each other and effect pH or solubility of nutrients. I havn't seen anyone say "DONT DO IT!" yet... so I'm just going to go ahead with my plan. The purpose would be to adjust the NPK closer to the ideal. My H&G NPK is 11-7-18. Which to me sounds too high on the N and K and wayyy too low on the P, Dyna Grow Bloom is 3-12-9, and that sounds pretty sweet. If I mix the two so that each contribute to 50% of the total NPK, the resulting solution should be about NPK 4-7-7 which is sounds like a very nice ratio to me. Any thoughts?
