misting down seedlings, and plants?

i usualy mist my seedlins ( 1 1/2 weeks old) once a day every 1-2 days with a spray bottle, is this something anyone else does? or is it doing more harm then good? i figure since the root system is minimul at best a little extra water obsorbed couldent be abad thing. also when should i mist down my plants when they get bigger full of foliage? once a week or so??

I don't see anything harm in it at all, I do sometimes and sometimes not, depends on how the leaves are looking. I usually give them a little fish emulsion the first week though through foliar spraying. Welcome to RIU hope you enjoy your stay.

I think the R/H would be a big factor. I dont do it myself
