is that a 6500K or 2700K bulb? you said daylight but there are dif values (light temps) to consider as well :peace:
 
ummmm im not sure but witch it is but is one better than the other and it dosent throw off a crap ton of heat also i have moved from the outdoors to the inside (since i bought the bulb)

the 6500k are the ones we typically use in vegging, the 2700k are used for flower. some mix them. it should say some where on the box the lightbulb came in. the 2700 have more of "red" look to them and the 6500 more of a "blue".
 
i already looked in the trash lol the dumpster got emptied so is it bad if i use a flowering light for veg or does it just change potency and such?

it's not a bad thing but all light isn't the same. you will get different growth. wikipedia actually has some good info on the whole light spectrum thing. it's very helpful when using cfls :peace:
