I like to use soil made for MJ, Fox Farms or Recipe 420. And I like to use Miracle Gro fertilizer. I'm used to it and I get good results. Secret to fertilizer- a little goes a long way, and fertilizer will not hurry along the process.

@Buddy Dankworth what specific kind of MG soil have u used without burn...i ask for my own edification. Yeah hard water has traces of cal...idk about mag but im sure its ez enufto google. From my own exp though Cannabis is a mag whore and some epsom salts is ez enuf to add...either in the soil or sprayed onto leaves for a quick fix.
Be that as it may ur more than right when u say its a weed.
ppm is for hydro growers...soil growers need not worry about ppm. Ever.
