I have this miracle gro and it is this blue powder i dont know what its called but u mix it with water.
Would this be good to use as a bloom fertiliser? Also what are the nutrient levels ie *-*-*.
Anyone know how much i would use to mix with water?

read the directions, start out half strength, and slowly increase...i think its tablespoon per gallon, so you want 1/2. what is the NPK rating?

People dog Miracle grow, but it seems to work for me. This is my first grow, and I vegged my plants with it for 2 1\2 months. If it's Miracle-Gro All purpose, it's 24-8-16. Maybe i'll try something else later, but I know it did a GOOD JOB this grow. I am feeding Schultz Orchid food for flowering 'cuz it's heavier in Phosphorus.
Good luck!!!

i have seen the flowering mix for Miracle Grow and its NPK rating is 15-30-15 so its got some suffecient nutes in it!

Look at the MG Planting & Transplanting Starting Solution. I am trying it tomorrow. (4-12-4), that and I THINK I'm gonna try this "SUPERthrive" hormone/vitamin complex.

MG nutes can work, but in my experience you should use far less than what is in the directions. 1/4 is my opinion. Lot of folks have killed alot of plants going full strength.

I have used Miricle grow for a long time with good results. As stated before DO NOT use at full strength. NoDrama has it about right at 1/4 strength. They make a lot of different types with different NPK ratios, so you can always get the mix you need.

I did 1/4 strength in veg and as i started to increase i got some slight nute burn. I flushed and started using some Dutch Master One Nutes that the hydro store guy recommended. He said never use Miricle Grow, because i quote, "it has weed killer in it" He emphisised the weed part some im assuming he has a good idea what I use all my supplies for.... Anyway, I went with what he said and have gotten much better growth and faster from dutch master with no nute burn yet and I'm over the manufactures suggested dossage.

So my advice would be to get some descent nutes. Miricle can cause to many problems in my oppinion. And considering good nutes are only like 5 bucks more, you'd have to be doing one hell of a budget grow to HAVE to go to miricle grow.

Give the plants what THEY need, not what your outdoor flowers need.

Can anybody back up that weed-killer claim? Seems BS to me.. Weed killers work pretty broadly, or totally broadly.. I don't know of any chemicals that target only annoying, or illegal plants..

Yea, I understand that, but this is an all-purpose fertilizer.. I could perhaps see it containing fungicides, but beyond that I think you'd need a psychic herbicide.. I know some lawn products contain broad-leaf targeting chemicals, but thats because they have the luxury ofspecialization..

There is no mention of any herbicide listed on the box, except to advertize for the MG garden weed killer that is sold separately.

Miracle grow is for fertilizer not for weed control. I think the hydro store guy saw you coming from a mile away. He wants you to buy his product not MG from walmart.

I've used miracle grow for general gardening for about 20 years now, when using it outside everything it touches grows faster and better, grass, crabgrass, creeping charlie, thistle..............
