use more 23watt 2700k cfls and throw in the mh so you can give babies a mixture of red and blue spectrum

get an oscillating fan......let fresh air into the room from time to time

how dose my setup look r my lights to close there mh 250w and the two cfls
will that be good for flowering?

get more cfls and put them as close to the plant as possible without buring it them and an inch is good but get about 4 to 6 more 23 watt 2700k cfl you could also lower that mh .....
