Mini timers on Ebay

I'm just wonder if anyone's used these timers for their lights? It's 13amps, the same as the envirolite or plug and grow timers and about a third of the cost. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1-SMALL-ELECTRICAL-MINI-TIMER-400W-600W-1000W-LIGHTS-/260698951128?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN&hash=item3cb2de4dd8
The seller's obviously claiming that they work for high wattage lights but I'd like to know if anyone here has any experience with them. I don't see how they work for 1000w lights though because even the plug and grow timers (I've got one) only say they'll work for up to 600w. Thank you.

probably has something to do with the 13 amps I haven't used one of these looks like a real cheap solution to the 20 dollar nearly identical hydrofarm timer I bought from my local hydro store.
