Germinated 20 seed that were supposed to be Durban Poison (A guy was supposed to order them for me.) but since has shown more indica traits, bet its bagseed. 14 sprouted and were kept in a tote under 3 Lights Of America (from Wally World) 17W grow lights. Used Lowes Select potting mix and 1/2 strength MG after all the plants showed the fifth node.

After 1 week I put them under a 400W mh with my DIY hood.

Week 5-5 1/2 or so, 1 week flowering under 400W hps, 6 female 8 males, well it could have been worse im sure. These are 6 of the males, I left the other 2 out of the pics by accident. I'm keeping the best male with the traits I want for pollen (In another area of course.)

Im now using MG bloom booster full strength every other watering, they seem to be doing quite well with MG nutes. I think I'll try something formulated for cannabis on the next grow and see if this strand will do better with that. Foxfarm soil and bloom nutes maybe.

The timeline in this mini journal may be off a little, I've been busy lately. I hope to keep a more detailed journal in real time on the next grow.

Boober, Just came back in and logged in and saw the pics, looks good. I put mine in the 3 gallon pots a week ago. I used MG potting soil, with a building sand and perlite mix combo. I bought some MG All Purpose plant food in liquid form. Have you used any of that stuff ? I have not used any yet because the MG potting soil (as you well know) will feed the plants up until or close to the time I start to flower. I probably will try some of the MG All Purpose at below recommended strength then unless I hear something to the contrary. Keep me up to date on the grow when you can. I have been using MG All Purpose plant food in liquid form at 1/2 strength, been working great I think.

Thank you very much! I really wanted to do it right on a budget so I didn't spend a lot of money but I have put in a lot of time.

Yeah, I'm unsure of the strain, I'll go by the tricome change but it seems to be flowering fast. I hope Its a 7-8 week strain :mrgreen: but whatever, I'll wait till its done.

even the fastest flowering plant takes 7 - 8 weeks to finish plus another 3-4 weeks to dry and cure correctly. If you veg for 3-4 weeks that's about 4 months from seed. You can shorten the time by 2-4 weeks by starting with clones (give or take).
