Well I built my box today. In the name of simplicity I made it out of particle board rather than drywall. Slightly under dimension on the inside but I figured that wouldn't be an issue. ~11x11.75x22.5 inches on the inside.
Clean looking box, how are you making the door?

I'm Good With That. My Question Is Why You Would Want To Veg With Only 24 Inches Of Height :eyesmoke: You Getting The Bugs Work Out Of The Hal-9000 bongsmilie
I always had a month of veg in my 20 inch tall box, you can't use proper LST or topping etc. when you start seeds with 12/12. No point in growing a plant 12/12 from seed, the faster the plant starts flowering the crappier the results, if you veg for at least a month before flowering your plant is actually old enough to flower.

Leftover pandafilm from a recently deconstructed room. Along with a pair of 22 inch zippers from the hobby store. Going all out as you can tell :mrgreen:

I'm just going to mainline for 4 tops, run a 4cct cob and hope for minimal stretch? We shall see :P

My 120x240mm radiator is not going to fly, hopefully the 80mm rad and associated parts get here in time.

Do we have to run the same light source throughout the comp? Or can they be swapped out so long as it's an LED? For an extreme example, say go from a 9w CREE bulb to a 40w vero 29? For clarifications sake.

Well Let's Hear From The Masses. What Yall Think
A) 1 Light Source From Start To Finish
B) Swap Out Light Sources As Long As It's Led

Arduino offers dimming . It can also act as timer with RTC module
Assuming 120V 16A breaker B type
To solve inrush current problem can i use Arduino10 A relays to turn on 4xHLG240 driver in 1 second intervals when its 'Light On' time.

I hear solid sate relays fail closed. so mechanical would be better.
I am not sure if these ebay and amazon once are mechanical or solid state

I have seen in the meanwell datasheets an option for timer dimming. anybody know how that's supposed to work ? is it suitable for a "soft start" operation to minimize inrush or possibly bright light shock at sunrise ?

by by logic
it goes on and on or never on - ...?

if(hour>=14) {
Serial.print("Lights on");
analogWrite(5,0);
analogWrite(9,0);
analogWrite(10,0);
analogWrite(11,0);}
else {
Serial.print("Lights out");
analogWrite(5,0);
analogWrite(9,0);
analogWrite(10,0);
analogWrite(11,0);}

Currently on 0/24 cycle :bigjoint:
Power off

Still looking into better HH:MM comparison. Did not see any datetime type field. So thinking of using time comparison of HH*60+MM with int HH and int MM
