lol....no. It would be useful to replace films/foil on the inside of your grow area to reflect your grow lights.
That's not exterior paint? I've heard of it but figured it was used to reflect sunlight. If it is ext. paint you don't really want to use it inside. Plus, if you're growing inside wont you just be pulling the interior temp of your house into your grow anyways?
Flat white reflects more of the light spectrum than reflective surfaces and without the heat. This is why Panda film is so popular. Put it up with a stapler.
