Keep it going bud. Looks good - The paper towel thing is a bit over the top with care but that's an A+ for effort. Haha the memories that just provided were great.

Make sure not to hit the leaves with nutrient water. I think that is what happened to those leaves that burned up like someone said earlier. A combination of that and the transplant shock perhaps.

Did you transfer it into coco? It looks like coco

From my experience so far, even when a plant is young it can grow full-sized fan leaves. They get pretty big and bushy, but I don't see anything abnormal with your plant. At this stage in the game, I personally would be more on the lookout for deficiencies in the leaves. But, your leaves look very healthy right now to me.

Defoliating is what it sounds like - removing foliage like leaves and branches. I think removing material from the bottom and working your way up is best. The reason I do it this way is because lower plant material gets less light and can suck energy that could be going to new vegetative growth or flowers at my main bud sites (when I get there). An extreme form of this technique is called "lolipopping."

I agree with Gwhiliker though - your plant does appear a bit young to me to be removing any healthy leaves. Also, when you get to the flowering stage you can tuck fan leaves under the bud sites as opposed to removing them (if desired). This way, you can get more light on your bud sites (what you want).

It’s a combo of FFOC and coco

What you mean should I do something to this plant? To make it bud better?
depends on how long you want to veg it for.
When my plants are this size I remove all leafs on every branch except the pair at the top around the main shoots so they dont put energy into budsites close to the stem which I later remove anyway, because they dont get enough light there, and instead stretch outwards and upwards to give me a better shape. But you dont have to, you can leave it like this and do all the removing later if you feel like it. Maybe just watch and learn from the plant :)

good luck

that the single leaf at the bottom dies off is completely normal, dont worry. You have a very nice indica plant and you want to veg it to a good size before flower because it will very likely not stretch very much once you flipped the switch.

Dude, for a supernoob, those plants look really good !

The damage on the lower leaves of the second plant look like calmag problems. What are you feeding, in your coco/soil mix ?

I have only fed twice since planting back on 9-23-20, beucae ive been told it’s not a good idea while using FFOC for first few weeks... i use the fox farm trio... Grow big, tiger bloom, big bloom.
They were Germinated 9-18 and planted in mirical grow from 9-23 to 10-3-20, got moved to FFOC....fed them nutes on 9-28 and 10-3 And haven’t since
