I don't know what it is but I don't think the WETTA WETTA WHATTA FUK EVA stuff could cause any real problems that are shown in the pix if all they do is retain moisture. Does it have an N-P-K or anything else added?
What other info can you share like, WHATTA WHATTA FUK are you feeding them or WHATTA WHATTA FUK KINDA light did you take pics under to show that blood red leaf heart? Do they look like that in a more natural light?

The Overall plant pic just looks KINDA KINDA HUNGRY.
