Fuck NE ? possession up to an ounce is a 150 dollar misedemeanor in NE.....KS on the other hand you can get up to a year and up to a $2500 fine...

Nebraska is discussing the implementation of a progressive increase in the fine for everytime your caught, no jail time ever, as long as it is an O or under.

Mississippi has the most decriminalized marijuana laws in the U.S.. Being in possession of 30 grams or less is only punishable by a $100 fine.
