Price: very reasonable including free seeds- 8 / 10 - shipping seems a little pricey

Service: great and quick shipping. 6/10, only issue is I paid for a tin shipping and they sent me a crappy gerocery bag.

Other Comments: This is my third order from these guys, first two times were great. My order from 2 weeks ago was $125 they took $163 from my account, I brought the issue up and they refunded my whole $163, I quickly Messaged them and told them they sent back the whole payment and I would like to send them the proper amount for my order. Shortly after they removed $164 from my account and I cannot get a reply from them for over a week.... I feel like they have stolen my money and I wont hear from them.

We decided to send your order in what we felt was best to get through customs as some tin orders are struggling. Luckily as you got all three orders it looks like we have made the correct decision. We wouldn't steal any money from your account as that doesn't make great business sense on our behalf. We can't access your account as you send us the money we don't actually take it out of your account. What the problem was is that you ordered in US Dollars rather than Canadian Dollars. Your bank account shows the amount of $163.06 which is Canadian dollars instead of the $124.24 US Dollars. I just converted this on todays rate and it is roughly $156.42 plus any fee your bank would charge for the transfer from US to Canadian Dollars so the $163.03 would be correct.

Lewis, Great to finally hear from you, I have sent many emails, why did it have to go this far, why couldnt you explain my confusion? I thought the price was in Euro not Pounds.

I know you can understand my frustration and confusion, even in one email you said you only recived $124 and you even refunded my whole payment. I feel like we should of spoken before you removed money from my account again, it just seems strange I didnt have to provide that information and you had the ability to take it without any authorization.

Good to hear from you as well my friend.
There seems to be some confusion here.
We cannot remove money from your account. Its impossible to do as the banks would not allow it. It may be a case that they have reworked the exchange rate on your purchase and it shows up like that. I would seriously give them a call and ask them to explain what has happened. As I said it seems you have ordered in US dollars (You can control the product currency by use of the currency converter top right of webpage) and the extra on your account would be when it gets transferred into Canadian dollars on your statement and that transaction for the $124 only went through our end once and was never refunded by us back to you. i think the whole of this confusion has been caused by your bank.
As for the many emails we have not replied to. Its not what we do. If there is a problem we stick with it and answer any communication until it is solved so I apologise if that has happened but can assure you that we have not received any emails from you that have been unanswered so I have no idea what happened here. I am sure everyone on here will agree that the one thing more than anything that we do better than any other seedbank is communicate.
