Midweek Song very bad experience!

So.
My first and last order from these guys!
Lousy customer service!
Sent me out my order with one pack missing. No explanation, or email!
So I emailed them, and they said they were out of my one selection.
Apothecary seeds Sour Diesel Regulars.
Took a little while for a response.
Then told to make another selection.
So I requested Apothecary Seeds Chem 91 regulars.
Didn't hear back from them.
Then a package arrives with a slightly crushed pack of Bodhi Black Triangle!
So emailed them and no response!
No disrespect to Bodhi, but not something I wanted in any way!

FYI.....that black triangle is supposed to be dericious

Damn that sux to here, considered them to be one for the few solid banks overseas still... have had 2 orders with them but nowhere near the problems you had. I don't understand how with their stock system you could have ordered something that wasn't in stock? and the black triangle thing is totally perplexing, but if I were you I would give them a chance, that 88g13hp is no joke

Can you call them? If so call and try sweet talking at first and if that don't work I'd tell them to kindly go f themselves.

This is surprising to me, Lewis typically gives excellent service. You try contacting him thru pm here? That may get you squared away. Worth a shot anyway

Exactly!
I could see them sending me some chem or sour d, or even a hybrid of either.
But black triangle?
I have other tk crosses and plenty of kushes.

Seems 'took a little while for a response' is a bit harsh as the same day answer seems fine to me considering the time difference and as for the replacement I will look into that as I put them in the package myself so it can only be that they were sent wrongly to another customer which I will look into on Monday when I am back in work. Also as stated I have no record of any more emails from you. Can you check the address you sent it to please.
