micro dwc LED grow

I feel like they are small for 22 days with signs of stress on the foliage. Am I under feeding or over feeding currently 1/2 strength in the past tho they were 1/4 strength and looking hurting..

that could be standard hunger. thats how mine look when theyre hungry, not too burnt and mutated from salts. dont even know your ec i havent read but the pic popped up and thats what it screams to me

Ec aka ppm of solution. Run like 400-600 ppm.

oh okay yeah thats my problem thats why I have been struggling with my grow s because it is taking forever for my ppm meter to arrive in the mail its been about 3 weeks and the plants are barely 3 weeks old meaning they have had no controlled ppm their whole life cycle. Once it comes I will adjust for optimum performance my temps are great! 70-75 day time and not sure nights cause the box is closed tight! But I'm guessing 65ish I have an portable air conditioner in my closet next to my grow box which moderates the temperature perfectly.

So its day thirty in 10 days it will be half time! They really grew in the last week here are some pix. But there is some minor curling down of the leaves which I WILL HAVE TO FIX.

the super automatic sativa in the left corner of the group pick is screwed it has had problems from the start. I know i made mistakes along the way but i also think it is just a bad bean. How do you think they are for 30 day autos? IMO I think they are a tad stunted.

yeah my girls have come along way! Its been 20 days since I have payed for my ppm meter and it still has not arrived Im guessing it will come soon though. With that said I think i have done okay considering I'm missing a crucial piece of equipment instead of knowing exactly where I am and adjusting to where I need to be I just let the plants tell me. I have to say this way is definitely harder and not recommended I have minimally stunted some and nearly killed one but its a steep learning curve and I figure once the meter arrives it's clear skies and smooth sailing. I am also debating purchasing a second led. The first one I have is a "180W" 8 band veg flower led from ebay. I added quotes to emphasize the fact that I don't actually think it is pumping 180 Watts actually. I think the chinese 180w is equivalent to a 90w real power led. So I'm thinking of buying a second 90w Led but from a reputable company. My grow journal is pretty empty I Don't have much visitors.. I need support..now I sound like a prego wife haha

Just got some new stuff>> another pump so now I have 3 and changed my nutrient solution from botanic are to general hydroponics. Botanicare has been to hard for me to reach a stable output of overall nutrients and I am hoping i can neutralize any deficiencies I am thinking that the organic route in DWC is a little to advanced for me so for now I'm going to try synthetics. I will post an updated pic list in the next few days once I see the effects of the GH kick in.

UPDATE** DAY 37


So time for an update a couple weeks ago I was worried that the plants would be tiny and now I'm worried I might run out of space hahaha its funny you can never win! They are starting to come along now and whats weird is the two runts white widow and the northern lights have not only come back rejuvenated but are looking nicer than the rest the only thing is thy haven't started flowering which is concerning me. My auto haze is stretching like a mofo It has 40 days to go and now that it is in full flower I'm concerned its just tall and lanky but it is budding so with out further a'du.... my girls!

Still interested to see what that led can do...! Looks like the plants have bounced back pretty well but its hard to tell what is goin on with the pink tint! Think your gonna go with a single strain next time to even out canopy? Or maybe a SCROG eh? All things considered you seem to be doing well for lacking necessary tools. I know what its like putting all the time into a journal and feeling like no one is posting, its all good though meh-S0uP

cool good to know your still around yeah i will do single strain next time around. Its to much of a pain in the a$$ to have 6 diff strains in on res they all require different conditions all I have been doing is finding a happy medium between the plants. My dying S.A.S seems to becoming back alive after it lost the majority of its undergrowth but the GH notes I just bought is far out performing botanicares organic line although I'm still using liquid karma and sweet as additives

I will take a new pic of the lot outside the box so you can see them more clearly.

Update day 40


So S0uP, you asked me to update some pictures that are not tinted with the pink glow of LED's so I took the pictures today since it was res cleaning day. It is day 40 and to be honest I'm not sure what I should be expecting... Two of the six haven't even started to flower yet which is a bit of a concern. But they are definitely getting bushy as a compromise. So when they do start flower i am sure I will be impressed, as for the others in flower they are of a lanky profile so I will see how it plays out Im using a 180w led actual output 120w. I'm worried that it is not enough for these little auto flowers. Im contemplating getting a second 90w but I figure by the time it is mailed to me they will be on their final couple weeks so I might just ride it out for general interest seeing what this Ebay derived LED can do.

Okay so it's been longer than a couple days but... I don't think anyone is watching this grow so whatever. I will carry out until the end, because I know someone on google will be reading through this grow journal and there is nothing worse than reading and finding out it just stops and you can't see the end result. thus, wasting your time.
