Michigan or Northern Cali..........

My college buddy in northern Michigan went on a 2 week vacation and left her house unlocked. She came home, nothing missing (not even her stash-well, maybe a joint or two). All the beer in the frig was gone though. lol. None of her friends would fess up.

So, no, crime is not a problem everywhere in Michigan. But, jobs without qualifications are hard to come by unless you know someone.
My buddy just had 2 ounces stolen out of his house in a locked box that had a chain hooked to it. Used bull cutters. There's going to be thieves almost anywhere you go.

What do u mean...Rent isnt really that much higher its the electric but all in all it should still be enough to make some money off of..I mean 99 plants is alot..Even 2k a LB u could make enough to live i would think...u could easily do 3-4 lb a mth and have a purpetual grow going and thats flowering 20 plants at a time under 4-5 600w lights..And thats only like .5gpw
I'm talkin if you're growing outdoors, the fluctuations in the market up here means you have more money some months than others, which means you either have a lot of money and a lot of risk, or you own your property and don't have to worry about huge monthly bills.

Grand Rapids is a great town and young people really seems to like and gravitate to it. Great night life, too.

I know theres always thieves..So what city or town would u recommend??M420p
Well it depends, If you want to live in a Big City in southern MI I'd suggest Lansing or Ann Arbor, maybe Muskegon or Grand Rapids(maybe) and stay away from Saginaw and Flint(no offense ppl). If you wanted to live in a good size city but more up north away from the Big Cities, There are a lot I would suggest including Traverse City, Petoskey, Houghton Lake(a personal fav.) and others. There are plenty of medium size cities, I live close to Big Rapids in central MI, not by choice but grew up here. Mt. Pleasant is a nice spot in central east mi.

The U.P. has always been a escape for me, a close vacation that didn't cost to much money. If I had a choice I'd be living up there, pry in Marquette or Munising.

Some study said Holland, MI residents were among the happiest in the nation. Holland is very near Muskegon. Absolutely, stay away from Saginaw, Flint, Pontiac, and probably Bay City.

Michigan is a beautiful state, it has lakes everywhere. Wildlife is abundant. The people are friendly and welcoming (except for Saginaw, Flint, Pontiac, Detroit, of course.) Housing is now very cheap-everywhere. It is cheaper to own a home than it is to rent.

I have never been to N. Cali, I hear it is incredible. One thing I'd consider is what you would pay in taxes. Once Florida makes it legal I'll be there.
