MI Cannabis cup.

OK , I have a newb question about getting in the High times Michigan Cannabis cup in June. I have never been to a cup and they say its strict entrance only allowed for Med patients with ID. They say you can apply to be a med patient at the cup. I have no fkn clue on how this works. I need some vets to fill me in on how to gain entry into a cup of thats possible. Im traveling from another state to get there. Thx in advance

This is a knee jerk reaction to the Trump government shutting down the Las Vegas cup.

The idea being that if only legal med patients can go....Sessions and the DEA will leave it alone....We'll see on that one...

Anyway. You need to be covered under one of the problems that it's legal to get a Medical card for....In MI.

Thank you for the link. Im going to look into this and see what I can do.

They take out of state scripts as well for entry, its in the fine print on the site. But the way it will work is if you are from a med state you can see one of the physicians on site, for a fee(150-200 bucks usually) they will write you an on paper only script(no actual hard card) and you will use that to recieve your wtist band.

Got my Michigan MJ card last fall. A couple things to note --

*There is "caregiver" status or no "caregiver". Being a caregiver allows you to grow an extra 12 plants that are dedicated to someone else.
*Simple "possession" status allows you to possess up to 12 plants at any time. A plant is defined as a growing object with root(s).
*Card is good for 2 years.
*Folks like me with a simple Possession card can and do advertise to adopt someone with a card to smoke. If I can line up a customer I attain Caregiver staus.
*From what I've seen Caregivers charge around $150-200 per month to provide herb for their customer. See ads for these transactions by Googling :< Michigan Marihuana Registry>.
