MH 600 watts light threw flowering

how dose it come out im fighting with my grow partner on using a HPS over an MH

Do you have a hps ..if so yous it to flower with...mh for veg...hps for flower..sounds pretty simple to me...

yeah i know u would thnk so..yet some one who grew for years, told hm it didnt matter,so im asking how would the bud turn out s what im asking.

Ive seen a video and the guy uses MH for veg and flower..But it comes down to the color spectrum...MH emits mostly blue color while hps emits mostly red...Plants like blue in veg and red in flower.. so the more the better.

Dont know how it would turn out but hps seems to be the light of choice for flower
