I always do 4 grams I’m 170 lbs
Ok thks...i havent got any scales....so im thinking approx 4 medium size mushrooms...any thoughts. Took 5 mushrooms yesterday and nothing happened

Double it until you get the desired effect. Im referring to 4.5 grams dried
