So,I was only able to get a 50% discount off my next order since I refused to send the product back. Better than nothing but still unacceptable. I don't see how they can expect patients to mail back bunk meds through Canada post when they can't even ensure their own shipments from BC that they had approval for made it to them. I even offered to send a video of me destroying the product so they knew I wasn't out to scam them and that wasn't good enough. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable mailing weed across the country so I guess that's the best I'm gonna get.
I get one point, but your legal so wtf would you be uncomfortable mailing it back?
I get ya you should have not got bunk but imo wall mart wont give you a free toy without returning the bad toy! also the lp should pay you the return also, to make sure the product is what you say it is like the gov wants to see for returned product!
they should not have sent ya bad buds, bud don't buy from a huge L.P with any bad reviews

Don't you just love the whole mail order system where you have to pay before even seeing the product you're purchasing? GIVE US YOUR MONEY and we might send you something that could be used as medicine, maybe. If it doesn't work oh well, the black market doesn't give refunds either.
Sometimes it does give refunds...I've seen that...or a credit or a replacement. But your right, generally not.
Depends who you buy it from.

Were they offering to pay return shipping? IF yes, Then I would be comfortable doing that. You deserve all your money back. But as rnr said they would want the merchandise back...fair enough if they pay the return shipping

Well use a service with tracking (xpresspost ) and let them pay for it. Unless the amount is too small to care about. I'm not sure what your out.

I never complained about any of the shipping costs. All I said was I didn't feel as if I should go to the trouble of returning it and didn't feel comfortable doing so. The difference between Mettrum and Walmart is that you can drive to Walmart and complain in person, the same day you decide you're unsatisfied. With Mettrum you have to mail it in, let them run tests on it then wait for them to decide what they're gonna do, then carry out the plan. They sent me bunk meds, I wanted an immediate solution not a 2 to 3 week one. I put my trust in them by buying stuff I couldn't assess properly as I would buying from the BM. The least they could do is trust me back and just send out replacement meds on my word. I even offered to send a video of me opening the other, unopened container and destroying the contents so they would know I wasn't trying to scam them. They just wanted it back so they could "test" it. So I just took the discount. It was the quickest way to get different stuff without going to the BM. See I'm really, truly trying to work within the system. It just gets harder and harder all the time to make it "work".

I for one commend you for it. You have provided first hand experience of just how broken and fucked up this system is. I know I wouldn't have the patience for all you been through.
